Altura Properties

We are a Colorado family. We worked together to lovingly restore the spaces you see here.

We started the restoration of Unit 311, our first unit, in the Spring of 2020. Our specialty is finding unique spaces, renovating them, and revealing their full potential.

Each of us combined our various skills, restoration, interior design, technical know-how, and more to work in these spaces.

We manage the everyday maintenance of the spaces as Altura Properties.
