Apply in a few easy steps:

1. Gather Necessary Information and Documents

   You will need the following information to complete the application

   RENTAL AND EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

   INCOME INFORMATION

   REFERENCES

   SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

   DRIVERS LICENSE

   CO-APPLICANT INFORMATION

2. Fill Out The Application

   We process our applications through a service called Tenant Cloud. Through the link, you will create an account and fill out an application. The application fee is $55. The application fee is refundable upon application approval.

3. Complete Background Checks

   Our application process includes a Full Check through TransUnion.
   A Full Check is as follows, “A Full Check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and provides an opportunity for someone to check a person’s criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities that happened in the past in order to confirm their validity. It shows the record of the borrower's credit history from a number of sources, including banks, credit card companies, collection agencies, and governments.”

4. Your Application Gets Processed

   After your application has been processed, we will get in contact with you. If you are approved, we will move forward with the move-in process.
