The Custom Details of Historic Apartment Celadon, Unit 311
During the design process for condo 311, it was important to curate details that would capture the feel of the historic building. This means inspiration drawn from the 1920’s aka the era the Neusteters Building was built as well as industrial influences.
To capture this in the interior, our designer worked to find unique and custom items from independent creators.
We worked to supply from small business owners and with vintage pieces. Below are some of the unique features in the condo.
